Hi everyone!

Do you know what date they’re processing now for photo resubmissions? My photos resubmissions were delivered November 29.
They are around same time working ..

i check my application status an hour ago...it was updated....then again check 20 min ago....says submitted
In normal it means... photo accepted and gone for production

Hi Guys,

Need your help,

I landed on 12 Oct and still waiting for PR Card.
I got to know through CSE that Case officer is waiting for new photos and send to Sydney, Nova Scotia but i didn't get any email regarding it.

In Cse response, they mention to include
if available, the letter/email received to that effect, or
an explanation letter

As I don't have any email/letter,Could you please confirm what i need to write in explanation letter

Is there any deadline for submission?

Thanks in advance!
That exactly what happened to me.... I didn't receive any mail from CIC to resubmit the photos..... I knew that when I called them they told me " we sent a letter from 23 Nov " .... he told me I will send you the instructions with e-mail .... I didn't wait for the letter and sent the photos with courier 4 Dec with an explanation letter from me with all what happened and the letter contained the UCI number and the date of landed

Thanks for sharing the information.
I also sent photos along with explanation letter to nova Scotia Post Box.

How you tracked if they received your photos? n Have you got your PR card?
