Submitted webform enquiry yesterday. Got Same Ctrl C + Ctrl V reply. They are processing photos upto 22 October. Ridiculous!



Hi. Did you change your address on 23 november or the address was never on your application before 23 nov?

I moved to a new place and if only i was informed that changing address will affect the processing times i should have not update yet my address since i just moved few blocks away from my previous address and the owner of the unit a friend of mine. I am currently outside Canada now and i dont know the update of my initial PR. It has been 60 days since my landing.

As of my understanding, it usually takes 2-14 days to get it approved. I received the ghost update for my partner's card (I am a principle) this morning as well. Hope we get them approved soon.

What's your landing date? When you log into CIC portal you will see application/profile updated and it goes back to submitted once refresh the page. This is how you see for ghost update

I am waiting, I landed on Nov 24th

I landed on Nov 30th.
The CIC agent told me that by Jan 23, I should have an update or call them to check whats going on.

My landing date was 31st October, I linked my PR ard application on CIC on 2nd December and it shows submitted status from that date only, there is no change/update there after 2nd of december. As I mentioned, even the photo request came directly to the email and there was no clarification sought in CIC portal.

Received the email from CIC today for a new phone request...

Could anyone please let me know if I can Fedex to their PO address because I am in US now? Also, how many additional days this will take?

apparently they are processing late October photo re-submissions based on information from a day before, my photos reached them 31Oct, yet to hear anything

I heard the days will be recounted... so perhaps you should apply for travel document from the Consulate if you aren’t in US
