Try putting the place of birth character by character as in your COPR or as it has worked for others match it with passport.

Does canada post do transportation in weekend?! My card got mailed on Friday and I have to leave for my vacation on coming Monday. I know the delivery is only on weekdays but at least I can expect the card in transportation on weekend. Any idea, anybody?!

Hi Guys,

I appeared for landing interview on 29th Oct at Niagra and got the Copr same day. I am cec inland applicant. Now I am waiting for my PR Card and really want it before 9th Jan 2019 because my flights are booked. Total days between my landing date and flight date is 70 days. Current processing time is 50 days on CIC website.

1. Will I get it before 9th Jan?
2. If not can I leave canada without PR card? There should not be any issue on boarding flight from canada? I know returning canada requires PRTD but i am concerned about boarding flight from canada too.

So here is deal... usually it takes 60 days to get even first reply from them.. plus delivery... so its close cut and if u get photo request forget it... now its no issue boarding flight from here...

Has anyone recently completed their landing through Ottawa IRCC? I guess, recently would be November. I was wondering if we can walk-in on second or fourth Tuesdays of the month, or if an appointment is required.

The IRCC Website does not have any information about walk-ins. The website clearly states that for services other than refugee claims, appointments are required https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...act-ircc/offices/canada-appointment-only.html. However, since quite a few applicants did their landing by walking-in on second or fourth Tuesday of the month, I was wondering if the service is still available.
