if you are outside Canada as of now how will you get cards delivered to you ?
No, I have been in Canada for a while now and had to travel outside. I am still looking into options of getting it delivered from my Canadian address. I am hearing mixed opinions using mailing service.
No my status is still "Sumitted". Got PR for my 2 Kids and my wife's PR card got approved on Tuesday. We should be getting her PR card very soon. My new photo reached there on 12 Sep. Saw "UPDATE" for my application on 28th September . But it has not approved yet.

PR card application for Me and my wife are approved today, it's yet to be approved for my son.
Landed @ Windsor: August 20
Ghost Update: October 4 (45 days after landing)
Status Approved: October 12 (8 days after Ghost update)

Landed inland (Vancouver) on August 16.
No idea what a ghost update is.
When you say approved/ submitted are you referring to your PR application or should there be something else on my CIC account that refers to the actual PR card application?
Total nightmare.

PR Card Approved: 29 September 2018 (Linked it to my EE profile only today and got to know it is approved. No ghost updates or emails to date.)
