No photo request in my email that I know of, whats does the subject say if theirs a photo request?

Did you get any email regarding phot request for your wife?

I got email to submit the photos of mine , but not for my wife and kids.

No I didn't. My wife contacted CIC on phone and they said her photos request is due as well, and they asked us to include a letter that informed them of her UCI number and the fact that she had a photo request as well but the letter/email was never received by us.

Hello , I just want to know in case of family case when we are linking application for PR card it has to primary applicant or all of them. As i linked primary but for other its not showing .

You can link all applications separately using the individual UCI for each member. I did that for all my family.

Hi, my parents did their landing on July 24 in Etobicoke office, I did see ghost update on Sep 6th/7th for my father and now another update changing to "Approved" today Sep 11th.
I am worried that my mother's application hasn't received ghost update yet, it is still showing "Submitted".

My question is:
Is the PR card for parents processed individually and come in separate mail? And it is possible that both mails might not reach at same time?
It looks like my mother's PR card processing is delayed as there is no update yet. Should I call CIC to confirm or it is normal?
