How someone can track status of PR cards of family members who landed as PR in Canada after the primary applicant landed.

Using the main applicant's online account, you have to link their application online with the UCI number provided on their CoPR.

You can still travel and apply for PRTD to re-enter Canada. Is that not an option? Just curious.

I will have pretty much the same situation.. Planning to land in Sept and come back to home country in Oct. Will move permanently in Jan. So, if I don't get the card by then, I can apply for PRTD is what I was thinking.

I am in the same boat. Also got approved on the 15th but haven't received the card in mail yet. Although I haven't checked my mail today.

Just fyi, my husband and I got approved on Jul 21 and haven't received our cards yet. I managed to get someone in the customer care on the phone today. The agent told me to wait 6 weeks (until sep 1) to receive the cards. She sent me an email that provided further instructions on steps to follow if we didn't receive our cards by the 1st. We'll need to sign a solemn declaration and send it to them; they'll then send us new cards.

Sorry, I'm really confused about "Application/profile updated" here. I just call CIC and ask for the status of my pr card. According to cic agent, he said my card is sent for production. If photo is good, they will mail the card to me. If not, they will send the photo request. I just though they already accepted my photo......

Does anyone every see a photo request after Application/profile updated?

For me also they told the same, sent to production means photo is accepted and it will be approved in few days. Mine got approved today.

A friend of mine landed on June 23, and she received her PR card today!!!
Hopefully we will get it really soon.

Incredible mistake!!! Postman delivered our PR card envelops into neighbour's P.O.box. Anyone who hasn't got your PR card in a long time after approved should check your neighbour's mailboxes.

Have recently linked my PR card application to my CIC on-line profile, it shows the date received is my landing date and is submitted on August 15, there is no any messages in my profile. I think my application is not in process.

You don't need to care about 'submitted' date, it's your link action date. Log in CIC again, see if there is any update. If not, you'd better seek help by calling service center.

I will update when I see any change.
Earlier in the thread there was someone who thought that there was a ghost update, I had the same but I think it was when I linked my account and it changed to submitted.
