each of my status is two days later than yours and I am also in Montreal,
hoping to get the PR card today

Ghost update mean when you see the status as Application/Profile but there is no update inside the application, it means Photo is accepted and will be approved in 3-5days.

Sorry, I'm really confused about "Application/profile updated" here. I just call CIC and ask for the status of my pr card. According to cic agent, he said my card is sent for production. If photo is good, they will mail the card to me. If not, they will send the photo request. I just though they already accepted my photo......

Does anyone every see a photo request after Application/profile updated?

Yes, we have the same timeline. I landed in Toronto as well. Checked again, but I have no any update.

One of my friends is moving from Saskatchewan to Ontario after 3 months... He didn't get any job related to his field n decided to move...
he came under SINP program.Is it advisable to move in another prince after 3 months....?
Is there any issue which may raise...

Yes, your case is kind of weird, you'd better ask them for processing your application. I guess for now those landed in the end of June already could get Ghost update.
