I try to my PR Card application status, but I only get the message saying this:

We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:
Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.
This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not yet begun processing it. The following link may help you determine if your application is being processed:

I was already requested to send new pictures, so I had imagined that since they noticed I had to send new ones, it was because my application was already being processed somehow.

I tried using the PR Card application number, the UCI, the COPR number - none of them worked. My application is nowhere to be found.

Can you guys give me some help? Is this normal?

Landed in Edmonton: May 29th
Ghost Update (where it changed from submitted to updated then back to submitted again): Today

Just FYI, I called the CIC yesterday and the guy I talked to actually was surprised that they were just sitting on my application and it wasn't moving forward. So if you look and see that 60 days have gone by and there's no movement on your application, call them! He told me he'd send a message to them to look at my case and just this morning I got a ghost update.

I got a ghost update on 31st july and with the current trend should get an approved update today. When did you got the ghost update?

I saw on 31st that approved/something and now it's submitted. As per the 62 days by IRCC time should get approved a d delivered by august 10. I hope this mean I have cleared those photo request thing
