Hello everyone! I landed in Vancouver on May 4th.
Linked my PR card application the same week.
Now, it still shows 'Submitted' and I can see no update. I haven't received any photo request either.
Is something wrong? Two months have passed and no update

If photos gone wrong, your online status will still be submitted. The only clue is to call IRCC help line, google IRCC help line number and try to get in touch with them on their working hours.

I have the same issue with my child. How were you able to link one?

In my last WP extention, by mistake it was documented with spell mistake of Connecticut. While after multiple failures and referring previous applications... i found that it could have been the case.... So tried to link same as WP application form and able to link

Hope it clarifies.

Has anyone who has sent in photo retakes in the month of May yet to received feedback on their application?

My wife's application still shows no progress. My daughter's application on the other hand was approved a few days ago, and her photographs (new) were received 10 days later than my wife's. Raised a CSE 2 weeks ago yet no response from CIC. I am not sure what else I could do...

Hi..we are in the same situation...my photos were delivered on May 28 and spouse’s on June 4...no updates after that...CSE eeply said that they are processing photos from before June 4 and our photos are not in the system yet (which apparently is normal)..not sure what the next steps should be

My wife's photographs were received by the PR Card Processing center on the 16 May, as per the DHL tracking portal. I don't know if I need to resend the photographs and wait another 40-50 days for an update.

Photos reached CIC on 1st June. When i called last friday (6th July), they said they were processing photos received uptil June 4th but my profile still shows submitted. If anyone gets an update or gets through to them on the phone, do update here.

Landing: April 19
Photo request: July 9

Total 80 days passed since landing. I did send web inquiry twice but the reply wasn't much of a help and was lacking in details. Anyway, I think in a few cases there may a good delay. It's all about keeping patients because we can't do much about their process.

Will keep you guys posted.

PR card status changed to approved on MyCIC. How long does it take to receive it via mail, once the status changes?

Does anyone know if sending the photos to the physical address through courier instead of sending it to the PO box cause any delay in them receiving the photos?!
