Hello Experts,

Once cards are sent to production, how much time it take to deliver in Toronto, Canada ? Thanks.

Congratulations to all!

I am just surprised that how come I didn't receive any update yet! I landed on April 19th via Peace bridge. I think I need to send CSE.
you should ideally see an update this week. From this thread they are mainly working on April 13-25 Applications, I myself landed on 23 April and have seen no updates yet.

All the best.

Do they send you a mail again for 2nd rejection? And if so, how many days after the 1st photo resubmission?

Yes, both my spouse and I got separate emails rejecting our second set of photos. We had posted our photos on April 7 and my rejection email arrived on May 22 and my spouse's on May 24.

What's your situation? Best of luck.

In my case, raising a CSE has been a complete waste of time and effort every single time :( The response is too slow in coming and on top of that it is simply a standard cut-and-paste job :(

I'd call customer services if I were you, although the agents aren't much help either most of the times. Best of luck.

Yeah you are right in a way. I just read that they on the CSE page that they won't reply if the application is within the processing time which is 58 days in our case. I think I better wait for 5 more days and send the inquiry.

Calling customer service is waste of time to me. Most of the time agency is clueless as you mentioned.

You can't do much BUT to wait at this stage. 58 days timeline you are referring to is the time it took for them 'on average' to complete most applications lately. That means your application can take less or more days.

You can raise a CSE but I do not think it would expedite anything.

All the best!

True that!
