Hey please guide me . How can we track for our first pr card .We landed on 22 April and now we are waiting for pr card .How can we track it online??is there any possible way ? I tried to access ecas website but was not able to find anything. Plz advice

I just wanted to let you know that my PR card was received today - 23-May-2018 by my correspondence. It will take some days to get it in my hands though. Following are my timelines.
Landing date - 30th March
Approval date - 18th May
Received date - 23rd May

Use your banking details for it. I did same thing.

i hope you can get your card before your flight, anyway, it's not a good idea to book before your card in hand

Actually I came on a return flight. Anyways just checked mail again and got he PR card .

Hi Guys,

Need a little help. I got my CPR and I am planning to travel to US in August. Post US I am planning to do the landing. I am going to provide one of my friends address to IRCC for them to mail the PR card.

There are few queries I have, would be great if someone can help resolving those:

1. In my CPR the arrival city is mentioned as Toronto, do i specifically need to land at Toronto?

2. I am planning to stay in Canada for a week, and planning to travel to Vancouver and other cities..Can i travel to other cities within Canada post landing? and Is there any specific duration for which I need to stay in Canada post Landing?

PR card application approved : May 18th
PR card received : May 23rd
Dependent PR card application approved : May 23rd

My timeline almost exactly the same as yours. except that I landed on March 30th. Guess we got lucky with no photo request.

Hi Guys, few quick questions please, I landed on 25th April - Pearson Airport
1. I have linked my PR application to my express entry application, I can see the application type has changed from "Express Entry" to "Permanent Residence" and Details section it says "Approved". Is this where the status will change to submitted, updated and approved etc?
2. When the PR comes by post is it recorded delivery? i.e. someone has to be home to receive it or will it just be dropped in the letter box? I hope they'll just drop it as I heard it was 2nd class post.
3. once i navigate to the express entry profile itself, i see under "Document status" for both COPR and Counterfolio it says "Your document has expired" as the copr last date is 29 Apr 18. What happens next now?
