Those who have linked their PR Card application with CIC account, did your online status for the section "Review of additional documents" changed to "additional documents requested" when you received a new photo request..

Alright... So exactly 2 months after I submitted my new photos I got another photo request today asking for new photos.
Of course I am not going to send them photos again. I cannot take stupid photos standing under a fckin maple tree if that's what they are looking for. Going forward I will apply for PRTD whenever I decide to travel.

so, guys, I landed on April 1st, no update on the account yet. I called CIC they told me the card has gone into production, do they update 1st or they update the status online after the card is done production?

Just checked the IRCC portal and it said 'Updated'. Going into details revealed application has been approved. The updated date is of today so I expect to receive PR card in 2-4 business days.

Landed on March 30th at Pearson.
First Updated status observed on 11th May.
Approved on 18th May.

I will update again when I receive my PR Card.

I landed on Feb 10 in YYC. I got a photo request on May 03 and new photos were received in Sydney, NS on May 07. Till then, I am hearing they are working on photos received April 10. Did anyone call today and asked what date they are in now? So frustrating, today is 97th day of my landing.

Yes it is. What sucks most is that you don't know what's wrong with your photos without which there is no point in sending new photos again n again. That's why I will be applying for travel doc when I decide to travel.

I am planning to get married this July with my fiancee who is from back home. Will that create any problem if I want to sponsor her before receiving the PR card? I wonder if they did any mistake on my landing, I am so scared.

As far as I know, its regular postal mail and should take 2-4 days. We share landing and approval so do update once you receive the card and I'll do the same. Thanks.
