It's exactly 1 month after landing on April 3rd. Hope my case get approved soon and receive PR cards in a few weeks.
mine is april 5th, good luck!

Hey guys,

Just curious to know. What happens if my resubmitted photos dont reach the office even after 30 days?

Photos have nothing to do with account linking. there can be few reasons. One of the reasons is those who has landed after 6 months of receiving COPR... photos are considered out dated because as the rule photos should be recent and less than 6 months old. Such candidates receive photo request.

Any idea, if its 6 months till landing date or 6 months till PR cards processing.. say, some one lands after 4-5 months since the photos are taken and PR card takes 2 more months, is there a chance of photo out of date..

maybe. I think they will consider the photo dates on the day of processing. basically Photos shouldn't be older than 6 months at the time of processing. As mentioned earlier this is just my observation. There can be other reasons too.

landing officer took the landing paper and the photo (with no details) that was attached to the paper and gave me the rest of the documents back. Someone who got their PR card already, could you verify if this is correct or should they have taken the other photo with details on the back as well? So many people here are getting photo requests again, and I wonder what the reason maybe. Could someone shed a light on this?

Wow i just maybe realized something!
When i had my landing interview the lady took only one photo.... I never checked if this was the photo with the information on the back to say date/photo place.....I bet you ANYTHING she took the wrong one and put it on the PR Card application.

This makes me super sad, cause one little mistake like that and now i have to wait another however many days for this dam card!

Do you think that is the reason? During PPR the guy at visa office took 2 photos from me. Later he pasted the other photo to CoPR and returned me the photo with details loose in the envelope. It's just that I realized later that there was a fckin photo loose in that envelope but it was like 2 days before my flight to canada for landing. But I should have asked the immigration officer if he needed that printed photo during landing. Hmmm o_O
