Congrats! Just a quick question. When you said "your account has been updated" - Did it use the word "updated" or something else?

I landed March 11 in YVR airport, myCIC shows submitted.

I landed on Apr 19. I am trying to link application but it says no application found. I am surprised a little.

I landed March 11 in YVR airport, myCIC shows submitted.

When you log in to your account, it usually says Submitted for status and None for messages. This time, it said Updated for status and None for messages. Later on when I logged out and logged back in, it said Submitted again (because it didn't update since last time I was logged in). That's normal and it means they opened the application and started working on it. If everything is fine, I expect it to be approved soon.

Did you move, change your address? If the card hasn't arrived yet, might be it was sent out to another address.


My update:
Landed March 13th, linked the PR card application to my account the same day, today my account has been updated, but no messages yet. I'm hoping it will be approved and sent out soon!

No my address remains the same.... so I just dont know.

After you dial and get the automated attendant what options do you choose to get through to someone...I have called so many times and I have not been able to get through to a human being... help!

Landed Feb 12 got a message in my account 3 weeks ago saying approved, but to date no PR card in the mail.... i have been calling every day without getting through.... what next ? And advise/ suggestions?

I became PR at YYZ Toronto Pearson on Feb. 18 but like you no PR Card yet. Where did you become PR?

I have sent a web form inquiry. Why don't you do that then you will get an answer in writing unlike the sometimes vague response on the phone. Would you not rather have something in writing as evidence in case they do not do what they are supposed to?

April 24: Status showed updated and the detail is "Approved"!

I landed on march 10th, I haven't being able to link my application to the CIC account. How do you know when you PR card was distpached?

Call them. Supposedly they reply to CSE within 5 working days, if at all.

Which terminal at YYZ did you become a PR?

They send CoPRs with photos in batches separate for each terminal after they get at least 50 PR's. Sometimes takes YYZ mail to get to Sydney PR office 30 days. One week now, still waiting for written response. But at least there will be written proof of what is going on.

Do you mean March 12 landed?
If you meant Feb 12.... that took way over the processing time

I landed March 15 so hoping very soon to be approved!
