Oh, I didn't know about this. Is it stated somewhere (like on their website) or you just asked?

I got my pictures taken at London Drugs for my PR Card, and it got approved without needing to send photos again. The guy who took my pictures seemed to know the requirements for the photos for PR very well... I thought he would need to write the name/address of the store where I took the pictures, along with my name and DOB, on both pictures, so I asked to do so, but he told me explicitly that it needed to be only on one, otherwise they would get rejected.

Based on my experience, I would say London Drugs is pretty reliable.

Hi, I am planning to do soft landing on May end and my current express entry profile will expire on June end. After landing I will link my pr card application to the CIC GC-Key account.I read PR card application will take approx 60+days for approval,in that case will my CIC account be still active to look for application status, any idea?

Case: PR card photos denied twice.

Hi,

I and my wife did our short landing and became permanent recidents on 20 October, 2017. I (the primary applicant) received my PR card in December, 2017. My wife however received an email from IRCC, asking her to send new photos because the ones she had originally submitted didn't meet the required specifications. No explanation at all.

We live in the US and we both had had our photos at Walgreens in our town. It is the only place which takes Canada photos. IRCC accepted mine but denied my wife's. When they requested new photos from her in December, she went to the same Walgreens and had a new set of photos. She checked the measurements and everything before sending them. Everything looked perfect. The guy who took the photos was a professional too and quite aware of the photo requirements for Canada. Anyways the new photos were delivered on 20 December 2017. Today (23 Feb 2018), my wife received another email stating that they received the photos but they dIdN't meet the required specifications either. Again no explanation. They wanted her to sent new photos one more time.

So my questions are
1. How can we learn what the problem was with the photos?
2. What happens if they deny her photos the third time?

Thank you

Sorry i cant see your response
I typed on phone, something didn't work. My initial response below:

Call the call center and check what's the issue (I called them regarding my photos and they told me the head size was not right). I mailed our photos yesterday for the third time.

Thank you so much. What number did you call? Also when you call what number did you press to reach a person ?

I landed on December 20 at at Ogdensburg/Prescott border and my Review of additional documents is changed to "The additional documents you provided have been uploaded" before 12-15 days ago but since then there is no chang on my account.
Hopefully my application will approve in couple of days.
Did you get your pr card ?
