My photos were received Jan 12th, last approval I see according to this thread is for Jan 11th received. Anyone here with an update that have their photo receipt date on or after Jan 12th? Appreciate in advance.

That's great! Yes I think that might have been my case as well. I found the application in the system after they updated my address. You should get an approval soon!

You will only get the application approval message when the card is already printed and ready to be mailed!

I believe you should have your card by next Saturday!

Update: Card was APPROVED today 09/02/2017.

Hope to have it by middle of next week.

Hi, I am doing landing this weekend. I am little confused about photo request? Does it apply to everyone? I think you submit a photo when you do landing as well, isn't it? Or they request photo only if it doesn't match the required specification?

Sent them- Oct 16
Photo Request 2- Dec 3
Sent them-Dec 10
Photo request 3- Jan 28
Feb 5- online status changed to approved
Feb 9-Received the card.

For the first two times I had to call IRCC helpline to find out that Photos were rejected. I received the mail for the first time but for the second time I did not receive any. So I did not panic when I received the mail in January as I assumed that the mail was sent out late for the second rejection. Third time lucky I receive the PR card.

Correct, it does not apply to everyone, they only request new photos if they consider your landing photos not acceptable.

Hi guys, landed in Toronto mid November, had request to submit new pictures but still don't have card. Where do you see your status change in the application? Is it under application status and final decision? Mine says Approved but no news on the card...
