I got it in 3 days at Kitchener address. Once it is approved, usually it takes less than 5 days to get the card in mail.

Hi guys, what sort of review they do after landing? I have just got request for my passport last week and submitted my passport. I am planning to come to Canada by first week of March.

Haven't they already done a thorough review of our files, so why need for further review? And what's the process for filing application for PR card? Any ways to expedite it?

You don't need to apply for PR card. Once you land in Canada, you have to show the documents (PR confirmation documents). At the border or airport (if you are travelling by air), the officer will do the processing of your PR card application. You need to provide any address in Canada where your PR card will be mailed. The processing time for PR card is 61 days and you can see the link below for urgent processing (if applicable).

I landed in Toronto on 17th November and still no sign of PR card.

Was unable to connect the application to my CIC account too so I have no idea what stage it is at.

Hello Everyone,
I have landing questions and hope someone can help me.
1. when I get my passport and landing, can I wait for one week and then travel to Mexico (I have Visa) another week and then do landing at the airport?
2. can I do landing at Regina SK airport ?
3. as for the financial proof, can I use the bank statement that I used for PR application in late October, 2017? or I have to get a new one before i leave for Mexico?
Thank you very much
