Landed on October 17th. I have received my cards in mail today. Imagine, I am leaving on Monday......yipee...

Did anyone have any experience landing at YTZ airport in Toronto? I landed last Sunday, the whole process only took about 10 minutes...The officer took my CoPR, asked me to sign in a few places on the document, and wrote down my address in Toronto right on the CoPR (above the Remarks). That was pretty much it. I've been trying to link the PR card application to my CIC account but have been unsuccessful, I'm just worried that it's not getting processed.

Often times the problem with the linking is about the birth place and/or name.

birth place: to use the exact same entry on your CoPR or your passport.

(first) name: same as above. (other options: with/without middle name if any)

Try different combinations of the above conditions.

There's more detailed discussion regarding this within this thread. Don't worry if you can't link it for a moment. Read into this thread you'll find that this is not a very rare problem and there are some ways to work around it.

Thats what mine was like. I didn't have any issue linking mine though I waited 10 days before I tried.

Landed on 26 Oct. called today and they said we still processing .we don't need any additional documents yet but we will ask you if additional pictures required. I think it is not in the production yet

mine was completed on December 8, 2017 im located in Hamilton. based on timelines in this forum Out of toronto 4-6 day and 2-4 days Toronto Area. Im expecting within this week
