You have to link your PR card application to your MyCIC account (link on your main page after you log in to your MyCIC)

I faced no issues linking my PR card application. However, for my wife's application, it was showing the same thing. Later on, she applied for PR travel document. That PR travel document application appeared as PR card application for some weird reason. Still now, I can't link her PR card application. Lots of other people could not link their application. I guess it's not issue as long as you're getting the card at the right time.

Really sorry to hear that. Can you please suggest if your status went to review of additional document first before photo request?

You should get it before the end of the month. 2 months seems to be the standard processing time.

We got a request for new photos for spouse. We ONLY received it via mail, no email or update on mycic. Worst yet the letter was dated November 6. Just a heads up for people regarding photo requests. My application was approved yesterday too (email about an update o mycic only).
