landed on sep 23rd but application still shows no movement , stuck on " submitted "

Finally some movement today after 45 days of checking, documents change to being reviewed , hopefully get news soon ..

Hello , Need one quick advice.
My PPR got approved today, I am currently in India and my Spouse stays in USA.
I got the PPR email today asking me to submit passports of me and my spouse to High Commission of Canada in New Delhi via VFS.

My spouse is planning to send his passport to India from USA via his friend who is travelling to India.
Once I receives his passport , I will send both of our passports to High Commission of Canada in New Delhi via VFS.

I was advised to mail New Delhi Canada Embassy to change my Spouse passport stamping office to USA , but I have read in blogs that people are not getting any replies to such emails and they are struct for days. That is the reason I am planning to take this approach. DO you see any risks if I do that?

Guys i have an urgent question please,first i want to ask if there is anything important inside the pr card envelope or only the card is there,2nd i want to ask for people who shipped their pr cards outside canada,did you ship the envelopes as is or should we collect the pr cards,put in one envelope then send?

I was wondering if all the pr cards are mailed from Nova Scotia. Can anyone please confirm? Thanks.

The from address on my envelope said it was from Sydney case processing center in NS.

Just the card. I had mine shipped the whole envelope. My contact persons did not open my envelopes. They took all relevant envelopes and put it in one bigger envelope and sent it.

Timeline:
Landing - Aug 1
App Approved - Sept 22
Card not received after 1 week. Called CIC and found out it was sent to the wrong street number (does not exist on my street). If it gets returned they will send it out again.
Card received - Oct 26

mine came to my relative's mailbox .. no signature required..

Anyone who took pictures outside of canada and who has got approval?

I got pictures taken in the US at a photo studio ... got approved ... though I had to go back to the photo studio since the size of my head was off by about 2 mm (required dimension is I think 32mm-40mm, mine was 42 mm).. not sure if that played a part ...
