I would assumed 3-5 business/working days, as I don't think Canada post send mail on weekends/holidays..

Where did you see the card issue date as Oct 27th? Is it an message on your MyCIC account? Or an email sent to your email address? I don't seem to see any field in MyCIC account showing card issue date....
Well, I just supposed. The validity is 5 years, and it expires on October 27th 2022 (on myCIC there's a line with info about your document). I just did the math

To Montreal, it was sent through Canada Post. Then the UPS store forwarded to me using DHL (I have no idea why an UPS store would use third-party services, but...)
Sorry, just want to ask why did you need a UPS store and subsequently a DHL to send it to your address? Can the Canada Post send it directly to your Montreal mailing/residential address? Or initially you rented/provided a UPS storage?
