That's not true. I am a dependent but has been able to link my account successfully.

PR card application is individual.

Yes, the status is still in progress. Though I noticed that in the Review of Additional Documents, previously it shows "Documents you provided are being reviewed". But few days ago, it changed to "The additional documents you provided have been uploaded". So I just hope that the photos I resent last Sep 14 are already been processed.

So you are saying the status again changed to "The additional documents you provided have been uploaded". Because when my card was approved the documents section shows "The additional documents you provided are being reviewed" . At least that was in my case.

My wife's photos were received at CIC on 29-Aug and her card approved on 18-Oct and received on 23rd. Mine and kids' photos were received at CIC on 26-Sep and we are waiting for our cards.

Did you got any updates on PR card for yourself ??

Hello everyone,

I landed on 2nd October 2017. I am trying to check my application status at this link:

But it seems that my application cannot be found. I think that maybe is too early and they didn't start to work on my case. Anyone has already used this link? Lastly, which is the phone number to ask for PR card application and which is the best time to call them? I am living in Vancouver (Pacific Standard Time). My concern is because back in April I purchased a flight to come back to my country, and the tickets are for December 13th which means 72 days after landing. If they will ask for new pictures is 100% sure that I cannot make it.

I didn't get that statement from the Immigration Officer. He just told me the PR card will be mailed in the mailing address I provided. Most of the one I read in this forums also received their PR cards mailed in their mailbox without the need to received/signed by the card holder or anyone..

I just checked for myself(I was not asked for photo resend and I already have my PR card) and the documents section shows "The additional documents you provided are being reviewed" and my application is approved (happened on 23rd Aug).

But they asked photos for my wife and her document section shows "The additional documents you provided have been uploaded" since Day1, when I linked her application.

Wow. Great that your status already changed to approved! We have the same situation, mine also on the Additional Documents section before shows "Being reviewed" then changed to "Additional documents you provided have been uploaded" after sometime that I resent the photos.

My timeline below:

Landed: July 19 (We have the landing date)
Photo re-take request: September 14 (I sent the photos back same day)
Photos arrived in NS: Haven't track this one, as I lost my Canada post receipt.
Status: In progress

Looks like they are now processing photos re-sent on Sep..
