Ideally it says express entry processing times for express entry are less than 6 months and the processing times for new pr card is 41 days on cic.gc.ca
My query is that i have sent an application to the cic after receiving an ITA on 22nd september 2016 with the medicals and pcc.
So should i expect copr and pr visa in 41 days or after landing in canada and then the processing time for pr card is 41 days??
Kindly help.

I am assuming you are talking about the "Application of PR" post ITA. If so, then it is about 6 months.
The 41 days mentioned are for getting the PR card post landing.

I'm sure it will seem a stupid question for some of you :-X, but I still ask it : will the processing timeline to get the PR card be different if I validate my CoPR at a border office or at a CIC office (presuming it's done on the same day !) ? Or it doesn't matter ? Thanks.

Fantastic. Average days going down like crazy. Can you confirm the Day/Month of expiry? That will be the day that the card was issued.

I landed on 11th of September, but was asked to resubmit photos on 5th October which I were delivered to them by 7th.

Just to share my timeline

Landed at Peace Arch border Vancouver on August 25
Received PR card Oct 6 (I call cic day before and they said the card was ship on Oct 3)
I received the Pr card at my lawyer office, even I requested to be send to my adress when landing.

No I was not asked to resubmit after landing, and mine took place in Ottawa.
I am not an expert, but your card should arrive soon.

Each PR Card will come in a separate mail.
