Wow, so many stories about CIC inefficiency. What baffles me is that they have 41 days on their website. They need to change that.

I think most people that don't provide their address at landing have more delays

Could someone please tell me what kind of envelope the PR card comes through the mail in.

i.e. is it brown/white? Does it have the CIC/IRCC logo on it/return address?

60 days? in our case it was close to 90 days!!

I reached out to CIC about a refund of the BOWP fee (I received my PPR a week after my BOWP application) back in mid-May and was informed that all refunds are processed within 4-6 weeks. It has been well over 10 weeks but no updates yet!

Sure. As long as its a valid address. They will address it to you so the recipient knows who its for.

They also say updated weekly, last updated July 22nd. It's now saying 40 days, updated 29th (which it definitely wasn't saying on the 29th).

I think best case is 41 days, + time to send it + time for Canada post to deliver. I didn't list an address and they defaulted to my profile address. Mine should have been straightforward.

Cool, you landed around the same time as me (I landed July 13) so hopefully around the start of September we might see ours delivered.
