What does this means ? Landed Toronto on 21-Sep-2018.

I received my PR card on 28th-Nov-2018.

PR Card Received on the 28th of Nov!!

Call Ircc and ask about the status of your card , if in process or in profuction,

I think I will just wait for few weeks and then I will call

Landed : 18th sept (Edmonton)
Ghost update: November 7th
Approved: November 21st
Card Received: November 28th

Keep hope mine I was like waiting to receive it by Dec 10 th , but when I find both (mine and wife’s one) in the mailing box , I didn’t believe. Our feelings right now , happy and forget all the stress.All of you you will receive it sooner, thanks to all for the support along the process

No, I landed on Oct 9th and no update till now. In CIC web site the processing time is showing as 50 days but still didn't receive any update.

After doing the math around most recent cases, ghost update is taking around 55 days and approval is taking around 65 days.

Yes, it seems like it. I will wait out those 65 days before calling CIC. At the moment 61 days and counting.

Approvals don't come in on weekends, do they?

Approval: Under process (89 days and counting)

We have people who came 1 month after me already have their PR card.
To say, IRCC is unfair would be an under statement.
