Hello Everyone...I got my PR card yesterday.. Landed on 20th April

Hello guys....
I Landed on 10th April. But haven't received card yet....
Even I didn't received any request from them.
I called CIC couples of times but as usual same answer " it's under process"....

Is anyone under same situation??

Called CIC twice this morning, both agents said they could not access my file and told me to wait for another 2 weeks.

The first agent said it takes 64 calendar days to process plus 2-week mailing time so I should call back 2 weeks later. The second agent told me to call back if I don't receive the card by July 8.

I asked them if my card had been processed or mailed out they just kept telling they did not have access to my file and I should wait.

I landed on April 20.

i called CIC again and they tell me the same thing that there is no update and it doesnt even show whether they received my new photos back in April 25th, 2016. Even though I sent it by registered mail and it was received there and i have the record. Then she told me that the PR center does not put any updates on the file and they might have received the photos but probably didnt update it. I am wondering inf anyone else had the same discussion and then received the PR Card very shortly? Secondly, i have also seen people on this forum who have been saying that when they call the CIC agent, they tell them whether their card is in production or it has been dispatched. Do CIC agents have the access to that information or not?
I am really worried now since I know Canada Post might go on Strike starting next week.

hi guys,

I am trying to fill out the case specific inquiry form and I need some help. There are two fields in the form. One of them is applicant information and the other is the enquirer identification information. What is the difference? My wife wants to fill this out to inquire about her PR card and what details goes under the applicant and the enquirer fields. Please help. thanks.

Hi Everyone, new to post here but have been getting useful information from here months ago. Just want to report that I finally got my PR Card yesterday, landed on 14 Apr in Vancouver, took 69 days to arrive. And I wasn't asked to submit new photos although submitted old format.

Yes, it is calendar days. Now waiting time is 59 calendar days..

We landed 21st April 2016 and become PR. My wife and I received PR cards two weeks ago but no PR card for our daughter yet. Do I need to call someone or wait more?

Yes you should call, and establish the cause of the delay. I was in a similar situation, and was told by a CIC agent: sometimes applications from the same family may be handled by more than one officer, so completion time may be different.
