I am in FSW-Outland category. So the 113 days processing time is only for FSW-Outland or overall across all categories?
IRCC does not mention which category it is.. but based on the posts here, I am assuming that inland candidates, who have completed their landing at one of the IRCC centers has got their PR Cards within 30-45 days.

So, Im trying to figure out if this the usual pattern.

As for the Outland candidates, as of last week, IRCC support executives mentioned that they were working on photos received on/before June 4th. But this is not the latest news as I have submitted my photos and they were delivered on June 18th. Yet, my application was approved on 17th July.
So, they might be working on photos received till June 18th.

Hi,

Congratulations.. I also landed on 19th April.
My application got approved on 17th July. When I enquired with the IRCC Support centre, they mentioned that they posted my PR Card on 18th July, using Canada Post and it will be delivered in 7-10 days; which is the usual timeline for CanadaPost if there is no delay in processing etc.
Usually it will be quicker than that, but wait for a week or two and call them if do not receive it by then.

At last I have some news to share,

Landing: April23
Application linked to CIC account: April 24
No Update on application till 18 July.

Raised first CSE on 22 June, got a reply on 9 July that my application is being processed in a special unit and will be delayed. I was outside Canada, came back and called CIC on July 17, agent on the phone told me there is nothing wrong with your application, it has just not been printed. So he added a note to the printing division to expedite processing of my application and told me to expect the card by August 1st week.

Today I received ghost update that disappeared after I opened it.

Looking forward to an approval in the next week and then receiving card after that.

It has been 86 days since my landing and it looks like finally they have picked up my application.
Update: Application approved July 20, can see PR card expiry mentioned online, hoping to receive in coming week.

I was in US so I came back by land using my COPR at immigration. If you are traveling anywhere else other than US, you'll need to apply for PRTD.

Hi I am new to this thread,
Landed June 22
Linked application to PR card on 12th july, Home page status says submitted, No further updates.
When you say ghost update or card approved, do you get an email from CIC or is this the home page status that changes from "Submitted" to "approved".

Thank you in advance and All the best with receiving your cards.
