Well posting the same question everywhere will not help anyone. Please stick to your original thread and you'll get the answer there. This thread is for PR Cards.
It was the same procedure for me - the guy at the Visa office pasted one photo on the CoPR and returned the other photo to me. I don't think this has any bearing on our rejected photos. Our photos were rejected because they didn't meet specifications.Do you think that is the reason? During PPR the guy at visa office took 2 photos from me. Later he pasted the other photo to CoPR and returned me the photo with details loose in the envelope. It's just that I realized later that there was a fckin photo loose in that envelope but it was like 2 days before my flight to canada for landing. But I should have asked the immigration officer if he needed that printed photo during landing. Hmmm

When did you submit your new photos? I don't even feel like calling them now to check. Every time they give me BS.

I finally can linked my bf's application on CIC.
However, in his status shows "Pending Registration" but mine just "Submitted".
Does it mean they start to work on his PR card?

It will eventually change to ‘submitted’ in a day or two- I had the same scenario.
My spouse and I submitted our new photos on April 7, just one day after we recieved the photo rejection email. And one week later we submitted new photos for our kid.
I don't feel like calling them either because last time we called to ask about our kid's photo request they kept us on hold for 40 minutes!!! And even after that they didn't have any information to give. I'm going to wait till the end of this month before I call them to check about the status of our PR cards.

I submitted photos on 15 march. I am going to call them reluctantly this Thursday. Good luck to you too.
For some reason on my main page the application status is "submitted", but if I click in it says final decision: "Approved". I was wondering if that's just a delay on cic or am I still waiting for approval?
Landed in Vancouver Mar 17, if I am approved, then the last updated date is 2nd May. I still haven't received my card yet

When did you send your photos? We have sent ours on 10th April (CIC received on 10th as per tracking), but have not received any update yet. Calling them gives us the same answers: photo processing date is 9th April. It looks like the usual processing time is 20-26 days. We don't understand the reason for the delay in our processing.

We landed on 23 March, I received the update regarding our PR Card application in my CIC Account. It says "APPROVED", does this applicable to Dependents as well? 'Coz, only PA 's No. is mentioned. It also says "no ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED".......Is this normal or will they send Photo request for dependents later?
Would appreciate feed back from someone who experienced the same scenario?
