When I did my landing they took the copy of my COPR that had a photo attached already. The photo used was submitted at the time of my passport request
Maybe you should call CIC call center and find out when card was mailed. Since it may not be mailed on the same day it was approved. Also, the post office could be having delays based on where you are located. For example, people in the rural communities may experience longer wait time for mails than people in big cities.
I landed on Dec 21. Card was approved and mailed on Feb 12. I never received the card. However, I updated address two weeks after the card was mailed out and after about 5 weeks from Feb 12, I got the card at the new updated address. I never had to fill a solemn declaration.
Conclusion: once the card goes back to CIC after it not being received, they most likely attempt to send it again if the address has been updated.

I sent photos 2 weeks ago. From your status it seems that I should wait another week or so before i call them. If you dont get a photo resend request it's pretty fast and takes 40-50 days, but if you get photo request add another month to it.
Hello. I landed on the same date and no updates for me, too. I'm unable to link the application online to my CIC account too. It's not able to find a match even if I enter my UCI n Last Name. So I called up the call center helpline and they said they have all the correct info with them and they will email me if they need anything. Will take 58 calendar days for it to get delivered. Let's see
hey I landed on the same date and also can't link the card to the cic account.
my question is hopw did you get to the operator? cause whenever i call they tell me they are too busy and dont even out me on hold, just hang up.
I'm very worried cause i need to fly out soon and i have exactly 59 days between my landing and the flight!
Call them on 1-888-242-2100 n select 2-3-2-0 options to enquire about PR card. If you are able to link your application to your Cic account, pls update me on this thread. I've been trying to do it since I landed here but I couldn't

Call them in the morning by 8.30-9am or so. Low call volume that time. I was on hold for 20 mins when I called them that time.
Same here....I haven’t been able to link my application either. Landed Feb 15 Calgary Airport. Will try calling them for status...
Super. Call them tomorrow by 8.45am. Confirm with them if you will get an email from them if they need your photos or when they send out the PR card and update it here. Will be useful for me to refer.
