Hey thanks a lot for this information.koolbone said:No worries, mate. The three items you listed are all you need to send.
In addition to the e-mail they sent, I also got the photo resubmission letter via post (like a week later). The instructions in the letter and that of the e-mail are pretty similar: send the two photos and a copy of the letter/e-mail back to them at the CPC in Nova Scotia (PO Box 4500).
The only difference is the letter had my UCI and Application numbers while the e-mail like you said is generic. However, like you already know, the IMM 5455 (also to be sent if you use the e-mail instructions) has your name, D.O.B and landing details. That would suffice for them to identify you, no worries.
For the records, I sent the e-mail version because I didn't want to waste more time in waiting for the letter. Actually, this was the advice that was given to me by the Call Center people.

when did you land?sarad1 said:Hi,
I got a request for new photographs for my new PR card. So I sent the photos alongside my COPR and supplementary information form. But I didn't send the request letter from CPC-Sydney. Will there be any processing delays because of this or is everything normal and under control?
