I've been a silent member on this forum but wanted to let you know that I received an update for my PR card application. Please see below:

Landed at Niagara Falls: June 21st
P.R Card approval (email letting me know that there was an update in my cic account): Today, August 15, 2017. My cic account now says 'approved'

They processed mine in 1 day of receiving the new photos!
Landed: June 5th
New photos request: Aug 2nd
New photos delivered: Aug 8th
PR Card Approved: Aug 9th
PR Card Dispatched: Aug 14th

Mine is still under process. The photos were delivered 14th July, but there is no update since then.

Did you add some letter asking for faster processing with photos?

I was asked to submit new set of photos on July 10, and there has been no update since then.

Can I know what was the letter that you had sent along with the photos ?

I am on the same boat as you.
Photos requested on 10th July, delivered on 14th July. Still no update on the card. Called IRCC several times. Always receive different answers and timeline from the agents.

Hey guys just wanted to share an update. My husband and I landed on June 17th. Called up IRCC to check on the status of our PR cards. The agent that I spoke to was really nice and helpful. Was told that both our cards were mailed out on Monday August 14th. Expecting them to arrive this week hopefully

Update:

Yesterday I called IRCC to confirm if my card was mailed and to get more information on my husband's one. They confirmed mine was sent on Monday and that my husband's card was in production. Today, his application was approved. I believe it will be mailed soon if it wasn't already.
We both landed on June 22nd.

Exactly, there are no clear updates from the agents. For the past 2 weeks the only answer that I get from them is that they are processing the photos received on June 21.

On your main page, there is a link to link applications to the account. You have to provide some information so they can find the application.
