no it does not display canadian address on your pr card.


it has you DOB, name, 2 pictures one passport size and 1 in hologram, your height, eyes color and landing date and landing place at the back of your card.

expiry date, COB at the front and some other hologram stickers and their barcode.

I think you do not need to worry about photos since you have submitted as per new specs. All the best.

the letter in the PR card states that they changed the pr card layout after Nov 21st 2015. so whoever submitted old photo and got ppr after nov 21 will get photo request.


if you submitted 50 x 70 mm photos there will be no problem.


so i guess jan applicants are safe.

Ummm, nope. The photo on my COPR was taken over a year ago. The photo specs changed last November though.

Coz I've been trying to make my mind on whether to stay in Calgary or Toronto.

Called CIC today and the agent said my card was dispatched on 17th Feb by regular mail from Nova Scotia. I asked him for the tracking number, but he said the information is not available in the system.

I landed on 12th Jan.
