Hi - I completed my soft landing on Aug 8th. I am trying to link the account on the CIC portal to track PR card status but it says no application found. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

I landed on 7th July and my COPR expired on 21st July. I have been trying to link my PR Card application since last one month and I am getting the exact same message. I have even mailed IRCC about this issue but no response.
I am not sure what to do.
I have tried calling them but its impossible to get through to them.
I hope someone can guide us in this ASAP.

Stupid question.. How do you submit photos? Do you do it through a webform or you have to do it at a service canada?

April 29: received AOR same as medical request
May 4: biometrics request
May 9: medical passed
May 31: pre-arrival letter received
June 7: eligibility and background check completed
June 30: application approved
July 5: submitted photo
July 11: received ecopr
July 27: 1st rejection of photo(resubmitted new photo same day
August 23: 2nd rejection of photo(resubmitted new photo same day)
August 31: i checked my gc key and it says, pr card has been mailed

However, it's been approved only for me. There's no change in my dependents' application status. How much additional time does it generally take for dependents?

I was able to link it. Check your passport (Mine is Indian) Enter the place of birth as "CITY STATE" . For example: MUMBAI MAHARASHTRA
Thanks for your reply! I was able to link my PR Card application few weeks back. On 14th Sept, received an update saying they have mailed it.
And yes, Place of Birth is the culprit most of the times for not being able to link the application. I had to use all permutation combination for it to link.
I landed on July 23rd and was told by the CBSA that my PR card has been applied and will arrive at my address sometime. Still waiting....

How to link my PR Card application to MyCIC account
Follow the below steps only after you have landed. It gives only five attempts in one day.
1) log in to the CIC account.
2) Go to the “Link an existing application to this account” section. Click on the “Link application to this account” button.
3) Select category as PR Card
4) Select “Unique Client Identifier (UCI) and Family Name.”
5) Fill in required details (please make sure capital, small, comma etc.)
6) Provide the landing date in “Date you became a permanent resident.”
7) Click on search for my application.
8) after the application is searched, make sure you submit the application else not linked.
