The same with me I got a ghost update on 22nd of Jan, but nothing after that...

Hey guys! Im happy to announce that my application got approved today!
CoPR:January 15,2021
Photo sent to Niagara Falls IRCC office: January 18,2021 (by Xpresspost Canada Post)
Photo received by them : January 20,2021
Ghost uodate: January 20,2021
Logged in today February 1,2021, said approved and also the message "We have mailed your PR card"
So basically 2 weeks from Niagara office.

Login to your account where you see all the applications submitted under your account

stay on that page( dont open any specific application)


now go down that page( find wording LINK APPLICATION TO YOUR ACCOUNT)


now select permanent resident card from drop down ( type of application)

Fill the date when you became PR ( follow COPR date)
Now you get many options ( based on details)

Application number
UCI DOB CITY OF BIRTH
Choose any two combination where you feel confident

For Indian account & punjabi names, please follow the same pattern of given & last name as your PR application ( dont choose new first name pattern)
For example i left given name empty during my PR application & used my full name in last name, so i used same in PR card application
Given name empty & full name in last name, in city of birth please follow the your passport ( because i followed passport) in my COPR , city of birth was INDIA, other guide says follow COPR, after lot of struggle when i put my passport city of birth, it got link in 10 secs.

Please try different combinations in case you have any confusion.
