not sure what you mean by that..but that link shows the number of "completed" applications against each noc.
competed application = no missing document, all the required paperwork has been submitted - and the file will be forwarded for
assessment.

not so fast..think of it just as "eligible to be processed", at this stage its too early to conclude because anything can happen.

The decision will be taken at a much later stage by the visa office, not by the Centralized Intake Office.
