i landed in August and my status hasnt been updated about my PR card
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Thanks for sharing the information on this thread it's been very informative. I noticed some peoples cases seem to be moving much quicker than mine, I wasn't sure if I should ring CIC and enquire about my application. My timeline is as follows.
1) We received your application for permanent residence on June 30, 2014.
2) Medical results have been received (About July 20th)
It's now the end of September and it hasn't started processing yet on ECAS.
Can anyone share there thoughts?

You are on the wrong forum buddy. This forum is to help people track their PR cards and not PR application, people on this forum has already got their PR application approved, done with the landing. As far as your case is concerned it takes about 3-4 months for the ecad to change into in process after medical receipt has been updated. Hope it helps !!!!
so i called cic and they said they havent mailed my card as its been sent for further verification, they will notify me by writing about my next steps prior to mailing the card. Great, not a clue what that even means or whats happening. Its ok CIC i can live with this anxiety and stress forever. I buying a house in the next few weeks :'(
