In TR to PR program can we withdraw our file after getting AOR, do we get full refund of fees?

Unfortunately No! Not after receiving AOR.
How long did it took to receive AOR?

I submitted my application for TR to PR international student stream on May 6 at 4:01 pm EST. I've not received AOR yet.
Is there anybody who receives it from the IRCC? It is difficult to predict how long more few weeks or months I can't wait for the AOR.

2 months have passed once I submitted my application form for TR to PR international student stream, but I've not received AOR yet.
I just received a certificate of Criminal record from my country, so I submitted it through the web form of the IRCC with my UCI number.
Is this no problem?

Hello, I’m eligible for the New Grads also the Health care workers. I’ve applied for the new grads but I would like to apply for the Health care worker but I can’t figure it out how. Can I o ly have 1 application per account? Should I create another Email and do under that new email?
