TR to PR vs. OINP

I am an international student with job offer, I applied under to TR to PR. I am yet to hear back from them after I applied. And now I have also been invited to apply for OINP. Which of the 2 is preferable option for obtaining PR, which one is more time consuming?
If I apply under OINP will I be constrainted to live and work in Ontario?for how long?

Same here, I have been invited today under the Employer Job Offer: International Student stream. I think I am going to decline.
