I requested for a refund in TR to PR and I got. I did this because I got a nomination from another province and I haven’t gotten AOR from TR to PR then. Now they have sent me my AOR and I have want to continue with the application. Do I need to pay back the fee immediately or wait till they request for the payment? Your response will go a long way. We applied for tr to pr application we waited for 2 years to get pr everything going good medical fingerprints everything passed but in eligibility they refused our application bcoz my husband who is main application he has less hours of his study just bcoz little bit less hours they refused our application also our 2 years also got wasted so we can appeal for this reason or not just I concern about this bcoz we waited for long time for permanent residence plz anyone has same problem can we appeal or do something for refused application bcoz of less hours
Your chances of appealing this decision successfully are probably very low. If your husband doesn't have the minimum hours then he doesn't meet the requirements of the program. You can always speak with a lawyer to determine your chances of appealing. However based on the information you have provided, your application was correctly refused by IRCC.
