TR to PR pathway

Hi All,

Hope all of you are doing well. I have applied my PR through TR to PR pathway under international graduates in May 2021.
I haven't had any updates since the day of my application until May 3rd IRCC asking me to upload additional documents.
Since they use different portal for TR to PR they have asked me to link my application to IRCC account to upload additional documents securely.
I successfully linked my TR to PR application to IRCC account but I haven't received any messages asking me to upload additional documents and there was no option for me to upload documents. Additional documents they asked were just the TR to PR payment receipt because as you may all know there was website traffic I had payment issues and that had to do multiple attempts to pay and didn't receive any receipts so i included credit card statement just to submit the form at that time as without all document uploaded i couldn't send my application and form IMMM08e? i think there was an error made when filling out that form so they asked me to upload that for too within 7 days. As I couldn't submit the forms, I immediately contacted IRCC through web forms stating the problem - no response received until 5th day so on that 5th morning i just send those two additional documents that they asked me through web form since then I don't receive any response back for both of my web forms. Frustrated enough, I tried to call IRCC to get a hold of an agent and no luck I tried everyday from 8:00 sharp still no luck. Does anyone ever encountered similar issues? I would love to hear any feedback from all of you and would appreciate your help.

Hello. Have you linked your application to your GCKEY account? If yes, for you to see where you will upload the requested additional document, click the option view my submitted application, there you will see where you will download the requested documents. However, if the 7 days has passed and you have submitted through webform, I guess the agent should be able to forward it to the officer in charge of your application. But the issue with webform nowadays is you get response between 4-8weeks after submission.I hope that helps.

Hi, I am TR to PR pathway under Caregiver pathway. PR application submitted May 2021. I received ( Nov 2022 ) an email saying that i can now linked my application but I can not linked my application to my GCkey account, so i called IRCC for it but instead they give me an update. my application is under review. After a few months Sept 18, 2023 received another email, they are asking for information from to create an account for PR portal. Sept 20 I received the username and password. also uploaded photo and confirmed my address. until now to update on the portal.
