In the forms they asked for UCI do we have give older UCI when we applied for study permit? There is Unique client identifier (UCI) given under primary applicant on webpage where we have to upload all the documents what should I write could you please assist me.

In imm5669e form in personal history column I came in Canada Jan 2020 I completed my 12th in May 2019 so those months should I write unemployed as I was deciding and finding good university and taking break.

Write the UCI mentioned on your Study Permit

You can write Homemaker and in the Description section mention exactly whatever you were doing. In your case you were planning on your move to Canada.
