I applied for TR to PR new public policy under international student category. I need to cross boarders in next 10days. Can I travel?? Will that affect my application in any way?? Please advice

When you apply, you will need to prove that you have valid status, and are living in Canada when you submit your application and when IRCC makes a final decision on your application.

So accordingly you can make your travel plans
