It’s a different way to grant PR (Public policy), Express entry is another way. You don’t need to be in EE pool to be eligible for this category!

Yes, if you already applied via EE, you can still apply through this TR to PR pathway, I did mine on both EE & TR to PR pathway… just hoping to get a result faster!

2. Proof of Current Employment in Canada

When you apply, you will need to prove that you are currently employed in Canada.

You must submit the following as proof:

• A copy of your work permit(s) in Canada (if applicable), and
• An employer reference letter from your current employer. The letter must include:
  • location of work
  • specific period of your employment (to/from dates)
  • description of your main responsibilities and duties
  • your total annual salary and benefits
  • the number of hours you work per week
  • your employer's name, signature, full address, telephone number and email address (if applicable)

You must also include your most recent pay stubs.

We will have to wait and see how IRCC acts to apps which were incomplete. Wait for AOR then submit those docs.

I recently applied for tr to pr pathway i just want to confirm regarding digital photo i followed all specifications given but my mouth is slightly open will ircc refuse my application .or they will request a new one . My all other documents are complete .

Don't worry much about it, they will ask if they need a better photo.

Hello guys! I’m applying for TR to PR pathway and the Schedule A - Background /Declaration form needs to be signed? How did you guys sign yours? I can’t type my initials in the space provided. Did you guys do an e-signature, print out and sign or leave it that way? Help pls
