Tr to Pr Pathway: Counting hours

I am some hours short of the required hours for the essential non-healthcare workers and it will take about 6 weeks to complete. I was wondering if I could apply as soon as I can while completing the hours or if I have to wait till it’s complete before applying. I’m concerned because spaces are filling up quickly.

you can only apply when you have the correct hours because your employment letter needs to show that you have worked 1560 hours!

Just want to ask in the essential, non health care workers overtime is counted in 1560 hours as I'm an international student studying right now. I have worked full time as well as overtime in the break between 2 semesters does that hours are counted in 1560 hours or just 30 hours a week.
