TR to PR: how to sign the forms- imm0130, 5406, 5562, 5669

Hello guys,
Could you please explain how to sign form imm0130, imm5406, umm 5562 and imm 5669.

I can’t seem to sign the forms electronically (through Adobe). Do we have to fill online, print it out and scan back as PDF to submit?
Please help .

I am waiting for PR for more than 2 1/2 years , applied via PNP.
I AM eligible for TR to PR.
mine is only security check and criminality check left.

There's no rule stopping you from applying. If you have the money and don't mind loosing it, you can do that.
Now here's the issue, when you apply for any PR, it will still go through security and criminality. So there's no way to avoid that, and it'll still take the same time.

No need to sign them, once you submit them forms, it'll ask for a declaration. Only if using a representative, you will need a sign on that form.
