TR to PR essential worker stream

I have experience in essential stream but my only concern is I am a student and my 1 year work experience completes only if I consider my full time work which I did during my scheduled summer break which was 40hr / week . I have heard that out of 40hr only 30 hr / week will be counted . Is that so ?

Yes only 30 hours are counted as full time.
