Hello can someone advise me,i and my wife want to visit Niagra falls in Ontario and few tourist site for 2 weeks, i and my wife currently hold a resident of united Arab emirates and we are both work there for more than two years and our resident still valid 2019. Please what documents do we need to present to avoid refusal since its our first application to Canada , and can we apply from our home county since we will be on vacation during the summer period and we intend to travel to our home country for application.

There are several suggestions on this forum to help you prepare a stronger application. If you still have questions then do post them here.

You must apply from a country where you have the strongest ties. Also, if you apply as paper submissions when you are in your home country on vacations then do factor in adequate time for processing + for IRCC to return your passports

IRCC = Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada

Hi, I applied for canada tourist visa from India ( iam a Indian citizen) back in 2015 to see Niagra falls and meet my relatives, though i had a 10 year multiple entry visa to USA but got refusal that not valid reason for canada visa .Now the main question is ;

1. I am applying for express entry on my own and they have a question have you ever been refused by IRCC? i answered no. what would be the right answer according to seniors here?

2. will it count as visa rejected? or no as there was no stamping etc. just a letter of explanation.

You must answer 'Yes'. You were refused earlier. Declaring incorrect factual information would be considered as misrepresentation which has a 5-years' ban from entering Canada

The refusal letter is the only document issued for a refusal. IRCC does not stamp a refusal in the passport

Thanks for Immediate reply . Can i delete un-submitted EE profile and make a new one? or i should just edit the current one.?

No need to delete the current EE profile. You can edit it
