Hi Scylla
Its me again.
I am going to apply for tourist visa somewhere is January.
the reason I am giving to visit my son or husband. Not really sure.
Unfortunately their PR expiring on the 21 OCT 2016 and they did not full fill their RO.
Can I still apply for Tourist visa? Because I need their invitation letter.
Please guide. I miss my family

So this is not clear are your son and husband in Canada now or outside Canada ? Is this just thier PR cards expiring ? Have they been reported for failing to meet RO ?
