You cannot 'convert' a visitor visa to a work permit. You can apply for a work permit while in Canada as a visitor if you find an employer who is willing to give you a job offer and who obtains an approved LMIA. Note that it's generally extremely difficult to find employers willing to go through the LMIA process. Also, your work permit has a higher chance of being approved if you apply while in your home country rather than while you are in Canada.

i got job offer from employer from canada , and as per job offer my job role is exempted from LIMIA, .now according to my agent i need to submit all document,which i already submitted, now as per agent i will receive call from canada immigration officer to verify details.
my agent told me that that number is genuine and i can verify that number in website or true caller.

can it possible to get work permit approve from india
