It's next to impossible. The agents who say this is easy are running a scam.

But as i seen in canada offical website they have told that if you get an offer letter by and canadian employer then you can transfer to temporary work visa

No - that's not how it works.

In addition to a job offer, the employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA before you can apply for a work permit. The LMIA process is very long (4-6 months) and very expensive for the employer - and there is no guarantee of approval at the end. It is next to impossible to find employers willing to go through the LMIA process.
